Amazing service from Manny and Carlos, went in for a part, and gave me a good and quick price, absolutely satisfied with the customer service.
I visited on Saturday morning, and the older man with long hair was rude, slamming things and refusing to help, Thankfully, another employee was doing his best, even though it was clear he was frustrated by the situation. I came back later that evening, and the experience was completely different, the three employees working then were friendly, helpful, and had great attitudes. I am truly astonished on the customer service from Carlos and Manny, both are were very patient with me when I had trouble trying to find parts, very knowledgeable too. Great people to meet, and I’m glad they helped me. I’m very pleased with my purchases.
