Called up here to check and see if they could get there hands on an ecm for my Dodge Journey. Aubun answered the phone and said they were closed. I asked her why did she answer the phone if they were closed? Because I have an emergency with my child, she snapped. Seems like something you should be doing on your cell phone, not a company phone.
Used to be my go to store for years but my dealership has moved so I don’t come as often to this store. Everyone there is awesome, everyone there knows what they’re talkin about, and everyone is always more than happy to help. Oreillys is honestly the best out of the main 4 parts stores( autozone, advance, NAPA, and Oreillys). They got the best prices, and slightly better quality of parts (especially their batteries). They honor their warranties, and usually have whatever part you need in stock
Literally just left this store and after this always being my “go to” store, I’ll never go back again after feeling humiliated today. I simply asked for help with a fuse and was just stared at uncomfortably for a long 10 seconds or so. When he walked out to my car, he let me look and said I shouldn’t have “bought a fiat”. Well it’s a jeep sooooo…. He proceeded to walk back in and leave me standing out front. Terrible service.
