Yesterday I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to buy a bulb for my turn signal which had gone out over the weekend. I asked the young man who was waiting on me, Trey, the Assistant Manager, if they replaced the bulbs. He indicated that it depended on how laborious it would be. Fortunately for my vehicle it was simple. However when he went to change the bulb, the bulb wasn't there, nor the wiring harness. We were on our way to a job, blew out the bearings on our trailer tire and they helped us out. We ended up just unloading the trailer and selling it to a gentleman there. Oreilllys staff is always willing to help in any way they can. Much appreciated gents.
Just today I had an outstanding experience at the Rolla location! Crystal tested my alternator and we determined my battery was done. She had me set up with a new battery and I was swapped out and headed down the road in 10 mins!!! Excellent customer service!! Thank you again, Crystal!!
