The wonderful woman who helped me today gave me no hassle what-so-ever. She knew exactly what I needed. Quick too! The friendly man was helpful too. He answered questions I had while she was digging out parts! (Cough! Cough! Raise cough!)
Called Tue to order a bunch of engine parts for my mom’s truck after she passed away told me a price, okay great. Call yesterday to let them know I’ll be in today which is Friday, they say that the parts are there. So drive 20 min there to be told they was never ordered and that it’s gonna be a couple hundred more than I was first told! So screw this place I’ll just order online a save money like why wait to order them from here and pay more! Makes no sense and nobody has a damn clue what’s going on here anymore. Yesterday I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to buy a bulb for my turn signal which had gone out over the weekend. I asked the young man who was waiting on me, Trey, the Assistant Manager, if they replaced the bulbs. He indicated that it depended on how laborious it would be. Fortunately for my vehicle it was simple. However when he went to change the bulb, the bulb wasn't there, nor the wiring harness. He had to take the clip pins and a bolt out of hear shield to find the bulb, which then had to be brought back to the top. After... read more
We were on our way to a job, blew out the bearings on our trailer tire and they helped us out. We ended up just unloading the trailer and selling it to a gentleman there. Oreilllys staff is always willing to help in any way they can. Much appreciated gents.
