Great people very helpful
My sister and I found ourselves with a broke down truck in Rolla, Missouri this summer. It was a 90 degree day and our engine had run out of coolant and overheated. We were tired and sweaty and desperate. Crystal from O’Reilley’s saved our day and our trip. She advised us on the right coolant to purchase and even helped us with taking off the radiator cap because we were simply too scared. As I'm driving through rolla On my way to a job my front u joint explodes. I limp it to the commuter parking lot. My son came from St. Robert to take me to O'REILLY on Bishop. He had to get back to work and left before I realized it was the wrong part!! I called O'REILLY and let them know the situation. And they were awesome enough to bring me the correct part.. AND covered the price difference for the inconvenience!! They will always be my go to parts store
In June my daughters were traveling through Rolla on their way to Arkansas driving my husbands old truck. The truck was overheating, they called us, we were vacationing out of the country, we advised them to get the truck to O'Reilly, wait for it to cool then check the coolant level and buy some from O'Reilly. Our daughters did wait outside of the O'Reilly for some time (they wanted to make absolutely sure it was cool enough).
