In June my daughters were traveling through Rolla on their way to Arkansas driving my husbands old truck. The truck was overheating, they called us, we were vacationing out of the country, we advised them to get the truck to O'Reilly, wait for it to cool then check the coolant level and buy some from O'Reilly. Our daughters did wait outside of the O'Reilly for some time (they wanted to make absolutely sure it was cool enough). Had an issue with a battery going missing while left there to be tested… The store manager Crystal was quick to get it resolved, easy to communicate with, and super polite!
Crystal, the store manager, was extremely helpful with not just helping me find the items i needed, but also fixing my car! She helped me install my rear license plate lights and even helped me trouble shoot an issue a technician couldn’t help me solve with my front headlight! Now I won’t get pulled over anymore due to these issues!
