Crystal, the store manager, was extremely helpful with not just helping me find the items i needed, but also fixing my car! She helped me install my rear license plate lights and even helped me trouble shoot an issue a technician couldn’t help me solve with my front headlight! Now I won’t get pulled over anymore due to these issues!

I love going to this O'Reilly.. Everyone is very nice & always go out of their way to make sure you have the right parts... They take thier time with you.. You never feel rushed by any of the employees. Everyone always has and smile on their faces when you walk in. I recommend checking out this O'Reilly if you are in Rolla..
That guy Dylan does a really great job
This is going to sound crazy but I dropped A truck battery off to have tested, they told me the battery was needing to be charged before they could test it. They kept the battery and gave me a charge and test claim ticket told me they would call me in an hour or so I never heard back from them… so a few days later I went in to pick the battery up and see what the deal was.
