you need to be working with people on customer service. I was there in the middle of getting what I needed. Someone was helping me. Find the right tool I went to go grab said tool told him I would be right back had stuff piled up on the countertop they decided to help other people several other people in front of me even though they were just helping me and then proceeded to go on about having a conversation instead of helping someone that was a pain Customer I will not do business at this O’Reillys ever again.
