Overpriced. You can get the very same product, for example, a brake line labeled as "brake best" off Rockauto made by the same mfg on the "brake best" line for 25% of what O'Reilly charges. Quite the markup! But in a pinch, they usually have or can get what you need the next day.
For the first time in what feels like forever I was not met with the typical “oh great here comes another clueless female” attitude I am used to getting when going into an auto parts shop. Brandon was so kind, respectful and helpful getting me a replacement for my ac blower motor. I was pleasantly surprised and greatly appreciated not getting the typical attitude. Thank you Brandon!!
