Guys helped me get what I needed to get my trailer fixed and off the roadside..
Bad customer service, stood for like 5 minutes on the front desk waiting for service and everyone was just ignoring me,no one even greated me, decided to walk out and went to auto zone where i was greated from entering and asistes on my purchase
I needed brake pads extremely bad to the point I didn’t feel comfortable driving my car. I only had a certain amount of money. Tracy, the assistant store manager, made it possible some how for me to be able to afford my brakes. Which is a true blessing. Because I have a three year old grandson that I have to take care of. I don’t feel safe having them in the car. So thank you so very much Tracy!!
Was low on cash and instead of having me go negative in my account but no need thanks to the amazing customer service from I believe Nick was his name I was able to borrow tools to finish a job in the parking lot
