I had such a great experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts! The shift manager, Jana, went above and beyond to help me. I couldn’t find my battery warranty for the life of me, and she patiently worked with me to track it down and figure out which account it was under. She was so sweet, very professional, and clearly very mechanically inclined. I felt cared for the entire time, which made a huge difference. Chris was knowledgeable enough, but the company has and is moving to have less in store available parts.
I called ahead to get a price quote on some headlight bulbs. I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and help I received from Braylon. I went into the store the next day and I was happy to see Braylon. I had him help me since I already knew he was great. He really helped me picking out the best bulbs for my daughters car. He even installed them for me. There was another young guy in the store too that was also very nice and helpful but unfortunately I didn’t get his name.
