Jess and her team is top notch when helping with parts. They have gone far beyond then any other parts stores. They are my first choice when I’m in the area
I purchased a tire inflation device in Rochester and went to Somersworth store for an extension windshield cleaner. I found out there about the rewards program. I don't know why Rochester didn't tell me about it. I was advised to contact Rochester to see if they could add my purchase to my rewards. I was advised they can't do that and my only option is to return the tire inflation device and repurchase it.
