About this business
Recognizing a need for a tool store in the Roseburg area, I decided to fill this need by borrowing $5,000.00 from my mother, renting a 288 square foot building in Winston and opened Oregon Tool and Supply on October 1st, 1983. With only nine months in business, Oregon Tool and Supply expanded so quickly we had to move to a larger facility in Roseburg. Years ago someone (jerk face thief) went into our garage and helped themself to the majority of our tools. Shortly after that we headed to Oregon Tool to pick up a few things my husband needed to work on his truck. While shopping we were approached by the owner Milo. He struck up a conversation with us, and upon learning what had happened he set my husband up with everything he needed and he included a very nice discount. I have to say that the customer service has shown me how businesses used to be like when I would go in to a store with my Dad as a kid. There is a lot to be said about a business by the quality of products they carry and the awesome staff it employs to keep everything up and running smoothly.
