Years ago someone (jerk face thief) went into our garage and helped themself to the majority of our tools. Shortly after that we headed to Oregon Tool to pick up a few things my husband needed to work on his truck. While shopping we were approached by the owner Milo. He struck up a conversation with us, and upon learning what had happened he set my husband up with everything he needed and he included a very nice discount. I have to say that the customer service has shown me how businesses used to be like when I would go in to a store with my Dad as a kid. There is a lot to be said about a business by the quality of products they carry and the awesome staff it employs to keep everything up and running smoothly.
