Incompetent- I'm not sure anyone there can read. Communication is slow, everyone seems annoyed all the time. I have attempted to get paperwork from them numerous times and they can't seem to fill out pre-set boxes on a form- that an 8 year old could manage. It's almost scary the level of stupid I'm experiencing with them.
Idk if they have all the same staff having the same issues as described in older reviews, or new staff who have the same problems, but what a miserable, upsetting experience dealing with the female office staff at OSC. Worth less office waste of time ... Place is s joke you wont even see the doctor the nerse will dianios you and not the doctor
After a year of mis diagnosis and being passed from specialist to secialist I was basically cured of my back and leg pain by Dr. Tatsumi. I started having severe hip and leg pain about 2 years ago. I wet to my GP who said it was siatica and gave me steroid shots n my hip. The pain did not go awasy after two treatments. I was reffered to a urologist, as the said it might be a prostrate issue. Whomever the woman with a nasty attitude stop calling me, knock it off, haven't this place caused me enough pain and suffering? Just email me. Perhaps you need to pull up my ex-rays and you'll discover on the very bottom it states that disc 5 is something to watch. When I asked Depasse about it he said to not pay attention to these warnings since it was not a spine doctor reading them. Guess what, disc 5 is flopping around and it's now to late to fix, thanks!
