Oregon Spine Care and Dr Alex Ching are the best! He restored my husband's mobility and his Spirit. He spoke to him person to person, showed him all of his options and, most of all he is loving and caring. And lastly, he was recommended by two of our friends. It doesn't get any better than that!

I suffered six months with sciatica pain beginning November 2024. Early on, I went to my primary care doctor who sent me for an X-ray and Physical Therapy. These steps are dictated by insurance. The X-ray showed a little of the problem. The PT put me down to the point I spent several month in my lounge chair sleeping and eating, 24-7. Because the X-ray showed some possible issues my doctor requested an MRI, which insurance denied. I was at a dead end without the MRI. I decided to get the MRI paying for it myself. Of course, ... read more

I had an L4-5 Fusion procedure May 2024. Instant relief from previous debilitating sciatic pain in butt and down legs. Following guidelines for limited post surgery activity and physical therapy over last summer, I have been able to fully recover to chase the Oregon Duck's band around Autzen stadium last fall and regain my skiing form over this past winter season including consecutive long days exploring some of the biggest resorts in the Italian and Austrian Alps. A year after surgery I feel no surgery related pain or stiff... read more
