Me and my boyfriend went in for an appointment and waited an hour for a doctor to even see us . When we finally did get seen everyone was super rude to use and very demeaning when we asked questions. The consultant lasted about 5 mins before he dismissed us and had no helpful advice for what our next steps should be. This is the worst experience I've ever had in any medical facility. I would not recommend them to anyone . They need a customer service makeover and learn to respect the paitents.

I have been in the waiting room to be seen for over an hour. No update from the staff in why it's taking so long, no courteous apology for the delay. This is crazy. I understand that the doctors time is important but so are the patients. Why make an appointment for 15:00 if you're not going to be seen until 17:00? The waiting room is practically dead. This is just not good customer service. Update to follow in the service received.

David P. Huberty, MD and Terrence A. Sedgewick, MD are great great surgeons, very respectful, caring and really do help. Thank you for such great service and helping me to be strong again to go back in the world to be fully active.. Yaw are the BEST Thank you staff at the front office, for being so nice and helpful!!
