Detail Information on procedure could of been better by the reception personnel. Seems like they are understaff most of the time. When I asked about a Doctors first name, they could not tell me easily. Pointed to a wall to look it up myself. Office girl said she was busy. But was just sitting there not really doing anything.
Was super disappointed in the professionalism of this place. I do not take lightly to over hearing the technicians laughing about the name of my child. I'm sure I made myself pretty clear that I knew I heard them. I will never recommend this place, I only had to come for an ultrasound for my infants hip. I'm here for him and not for your amusement.
