I was at the University District office in Eugene The worst part of the visit was that The office manager talked way way way too loud and would never let you say anything. The person that did my procedure was really good though.
I was there for a therapeutic injection in my shoulder. I was very nervous but the nurse and the radiologist were both absolutely amazing. He numbed my shoulder up very well and kept checking to make sure I was doing ok while he was getting me ready for the injection! I experienced very minimal pain during the entire ordeal. He did a great job!!
Wish I could post the screen shot I just took. I've been ON HOLD FOR 31MINUTES. Any admin want to see the pic, let me know. Absurd. No one had answered..just repeated recording.
***pavilion location!**** Thanks for closing your gate early when I tried to pick up my medical records. (That I was just called about and was told they were ready at the front desk) Your website says open until 5:30.... I walked in at 5:28 and was told it was too late and to come back tomorrow. That's very annoying. Maybe if you stayed open until your website says I wouldn't have to make another trip... Or maybe you shouldnt call people at 5:13pm and tell them their stuff is ready.
I have had many images done there and they have been great!
Exceptional care. I was really concerned about getting an MRI done with a knee injury. The staff was great.
Paid my estimated portion after insurance of 159.00 when I went to my apt, received a new $400.00 bill 5 months after procedure and the billing company changed so I have been jumping through hoops trying to make a payment on the bill and can get anyone to answer my questions as to why they waited 5 months to bill me. I will avoid this place in the future.
I too had a similar experience, they demanded 200.00 before they would do my MRI, I have insurance and have always paid the balance, they are money hungry and have a monopoly in the state of Oregon and they get away with it!!! I will find somewhere else to get my MRI anywhere but with them.
