Oregon Barbecue Company catered my daughters wedding this past weekend. They provided brisket, pulled pork and coleslaw. I can't say enough good things about the food and service. I had so many people come up and say it was the best barbecue food they have ever had and all wanting to know who catered it. Thank you so much for making the wedding reception dinner a complete success.
Oregon BBQ Company was such a big part of my daughters wedding. I believe food is one of the most important part of a event, the brisket, pulled pork and baked beans were absolutely to perfection. The set up, serving and clean up was great they did it all. Very professional, with just a amazing service. Again thank you, look forward to passing along your info and also our experience.

We went there on a last week around 5pm, seeing all the reviews we figured it might be worth the drive, what a disappointment. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with beans, I think it was 12.00 bucks and he ordered some 3 meat and 2 sides it was like 16.00 our portions were the same, even with the price difference. The meat was cold and dry even after the failed attempt to what I can only assume to be reheated. My bun was some hard stale hogie roll from Costco, not toasted, but hard. Yummy! Had the brisket, tender and moist. Very good!
My first visit today. I had a brisket sandwich. Looking at the pictures on the site the brisket had a deep smoke ring. That got me pretty excited. However that was probably with the older smoker that has been replaced. The new smoker isn't going to give the meat the same smoke ring but it is going to keep the brisket moist and tender. Normally i am not a huge fan of BBQ done on a Southern Yankee smoker. However these guys have changed my thinking. Incredible bark on the brisket. Added so much flavor.
