The staff at this place are friendly and professional. Awesome food and portions. What they did for the entire community yesterday is 2nd to none. Kudos to you all! Keep up the good work!
There my occasionally be another "pretty good" BBQ place around, but none a fine as OBC! Thanks for the Rib Lunch today guys! It was fabulous!

For our daughter's graduation party we knew that OBC would be on the menu and they did not let us down. Everyone enjoyed the ribs, brisket, pulled pork and potato salad and were excited to know about this great company. The portions were generous and the quality was excellent, which is impressive this customer is in the culinary field and needs some of the load being taken off on order to entertain guests. I will always use OBC for my catering needs.

That brisket of yours my Dad treated me to yesterday was THE toppermost of the poppermost! And the bbq beans were phenomenal as well. Everyone needs to eat here!
Stopped by on my way back to Corvallis from Salem. They were easy to see from the freeway and easy to get to from the off-ramp. I ordered and had a nice quarter-rack of pork ribs: good quantity, nice crispiness outside, tender and juicy inside, with a pleasant amount of fat. I very much enjoyed it. Their seating area could used a heater :-) (I sat at their picnic table outside.) Nice people; pleasant interactions. I will be back. Thanks guys!
