Went in a few days ago to get shampoo and other things for my girlfriend for her birthday and the lady at the front desk Amy was the most rude person I have ever met in my life, very unprofessional telling other employees to shut their mouth! I was ignored, she was rolling her eyes at me because i was interrupting her Facebook time. I do not recommend anyone to spend a dime here and my girlfriend couldn't agree more.

First time salon experience for me today. Got a single color, highlight, and cut!! Absolutely love my hair!! Looks so incredibly natural and the style is perfect for me. Thank you Ashley for giving me such a great look!! Already booked my next appointment. Also, staff were so personable and awesome, felt welcome as soon as I walked in the doors!! I visited the Orchid Salon upon recommendation. If you are looking for someone who really understands hair, ask for Brett. He is truly an artist - from color to cut to style. I am truly impressed and if I lived here, I would be a regular. Everyone who works in the salon is warm and friendly. I'll be back someday!
I am EXTREMELY picky about my hair and especially my haircolor. I live in NYC half the year and Hilton Head the rest of the time and was fearful that I'd never find a SC hair colorist that could compare to my colorist of 8 years in New York. Thanks to the recommendation of Nan Brown Sutton, I'm thrilled to drive over from Hilton Head to get my color done at Orchid by Ashley. And now that my NY colorist is on maternity leave, I'm anxious to get back to the Low Country and my beautiful high and low lights!
