Facility is dirty and careless and filled with incompetent staff Do not send your loved ones here because no care will be given. My mother has been here for a year and only seems to be getting worse unfortunately, all the locations have a waiting list, but she is definitely getting pulled out for negligence From staff. Orchid Hospice was wonderful to our family. We can not say enough great things about the Women and the services they provided for our mom in her final days. Choosing Orchid Hospice was a blessing to our family. The women are caring and have so much compassion. The women even showed love towards our children making them a priority when they came. We will always remember them, Thank You Josephine, Amanda, Liz and Irene!
