Very poor customer service. One of the servers was unnecessary rude and insulting. I just cannot give them money to be insulted! I live two blocks down from them and wanted to encourage neighborhood businesses but will not go there again.
Lovely place, They have delicious sweets made fresh daily.
What a darling place! Amazing desserts and beautiful cakes. Big enough for coffee dates or study dates, very friendly service.

I'm extremely satisfied with the cake price, design and owner attitude, From the moment that I stepped inside I received the warmest and kindest customer service. I went to Pink Orchid Bakery an order for my Brother birthday cake and I'm really happy with what I get, I will definetly continue going back to purchase more cakes from pink orchid bakery cake & Cafe.
