I would highly recommend Orchard Village Apartments. I love my apartment and the management staff is always friendly and helpful. On a number of occasions I ended up having packages arrive while on vacation which had me a little stressed out. I contacted Andrea in the office and she was so helpful and took care of everything for me.
When I toured the property, Andrea was very detailed and was able to answer all of my questions.
The walls are paper thin. I've heard people peeing, having sex, and playing music multiple times. Management says they'll resolve a conflict between you and a neighbor who is violating the rental agreement, but it's all talk. Oh, and if you live in the back corner by the dog park, be prepared for dog poop everywhere and to have dumpsters placed in your parking spaces so that no one in your building has anywhere to park. Just wait until you move, they will find an excuse to keep your security deposit and will add on bogus damages and there will be nothing you can do. They ruined my credit. I lived there for eleven years and you would not believe how they treated me!
