This is a garbage organization. I lived there for a few years and, while living there, they were as nice as can be. No complaints there. Edit: I remember one complaint, actually. My car got hit overnight parked in the lot. They refused to give the police the footage so I could find out who destroyed my vehicle citing “privacy concerns.” After moving out, my security deposit was not returned to me at the time of inspection or walk-out. RecommendedI love living at Orchard Village! Everything from the coziness of the apartment, the maintenance crew, the awesome women in the office, the amenities, the location... it's all great! My only thing is the price is a bit steep for me personally but you get what you pay for and it's worth it.

How do they reward a good tenant that is clean, quiet, and pays on time? They tell you, you have to move out and transfer or leave so they can renovate your apartment that you are completely content with. This wouldn’t be an issue, but the new lease will be treated like you are brand new tenant, except without the benefits of being a new tenant like the first month free. Basically they value a new tenant they don’t know over a loyal one that was happy with the apartment.
I have been living here for 2 years. I enjoy all of the activities that they offer here at orchard village. Ladies at front office super cool and nice!
I've lived here for one year. I will be renewing my lease for another year. Very quiet, nice community. Management handled any issues that I've had quickly. Newly remodeled unit is great. Zero complaints.
