If I could give them a negative 5, I would. My son filled out an application for two different apartment complexes only to find out he now has two leases for August 2017. Orchard Trails is now telling us we are responsible for finding someone to take over the lease even though they have people calling all the time for apartments AND it will cost $325 to transfer the lease. Crooked business taking advantage of college students? I would say so! Wow! If anyone is interested in a lease for $440 per month, let me know. By the way... read more
