Lol they’re evicting people mid pandemic even though people lost their jobs and can’t pay just a single month of rent. Don’t live here
OT is literally kicking college kids out of their homes during a GLOBAL CRISIS. Almost every business is shutting down or about to close and they are kicking college students out for not paying only one month of rent. Some of these kids dont just have parents or families they can just move home to. This is absolutely outrageous. If they do this during a pandemic, what will they do when there’s not one?

This is the first year my son has lived at OT. It's only been a month but he is happy with his apartment. The management is extremely helpful and kind. I only have good things to say at this point. Thanks OT for making this transition easier.
