Just because the store is closing doesn’t mean your employees should be flat out rude. No smiles, no “hello, how’s it going?” and definitely no “thank you”. I also overheard a “manager” yelling at a customer. She first said we don’t have a manager than she claimed she was the manager mid way into the argument.
I went there on Wednesday afternoon to get some pool supplies. Cashier ask me to meet in the back to pick up merchandise. I rang the bell for five minutes, no response. I had to call the store to ask somebody to come the back. Store manager DAVID BLEA came out , didn't seem to care that I waited for 15min. No apologies! Didn't care! Will never return to this location! Will drive to cottle to get better( little further) service

I asked a Customer Service Person (david) where I can find a handle I can install on my wooden gate. This is after searching on my own, I gave up and asked to help. He told me Orchard doesn't carry handles like that. But I should check where the chain link fence stuff is. I decided to do one more round... I found my handles!
They took my special order for $140 worth of decorative LED light bulbs I'd been waiting days for, and put them on the shelf. They emailed me on a saturday and told me to go to the special order counter and pick them up, which I did the following morning, and every employee there looked at me like I was some kind of asshole. An employee made me go to the shelf and discover they'd been stocked there and 3 of the 12 bulbs I ordered were already sold. I ordered them on Amazon and will be doing so from now on.
