Live ANY WHERE ELSE! I have lived here for 2 years and couldn't be more excited to move out. First six moths went fine. Then my carpet started falling apart. I had it repaired two diffrent times, losing a day of work both times because they only work 9 to 5 on weekdays. The third time I just threw a carpet over it. All home doors slam so it keeps you awake at night. No noice regulation at all just an email when someone complains sent to everyone. Nice, quite place I've lived here for two years, renewing to a 2x2 this month. So happy i was able to stay here. The property needs some work but Jami and Francisco are working so hard to get this place looking great. New roofs look great and the rest is coming along quickly! Big plus, the pool is fantastic, And the property is nice and quite. Jami has really got this place turned around and she does a fantastic job working all on her own.
Love my apartment... (Verified Renter) Love my apartment but am not happy with the parking. When I first rented the apartment, parking was assigned but now it is open. I had to get a covered spot in order to assure that a spot would always be there for me when I return. Also, there is no longer any visitor parking which makes it difficult when people visit.
