Clean neighborhood One of the only complexes to reach out to me about a tour when I've tried to schedule one with over 20 complexes. The office is very organized and great at communication. Even though we aren't able to lease due to availability, we will be keeping an eye out for an opening as when we drove through the complex, it looked very clean and well taken care of.

Looking for a Sense of Community in Apartment Living: We have it here!! Orchard Ridge is our third apartment and the one at which we feel most content. The structure of the apartment buildings gives you a sense of community versus hotel living. The upgrades in the apartments are phenomenal and they have more character than the simple box structure apartments you see these days. I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the area, everything you need is in walking distance,. Parking is not so good I feel that I am paying rent to live here then I should be able to come home and have a parking spot which is not always the case. Between family, friends, 2 car families, and people parking their cars in our lot sometimes there is no spots for the residents.

We felt really welcomed here and any small things that have happened here they were quick to address and help

I think the... (Verified Renter) I think the only reason I would not recommend this apartment community would be the bathroom in the show unit had rust spot in the bathtubs which wasn't encouraging for our first place together. Aside from that, I was very satisfied with the home/price/location.
