The rent price is just right, you don't feel you're getting ripped. It has been great to live in Orchard Ridge and I'm looking forward to renew my lease for another period.
Great manager and location I didn’t have much time to look for an apartment let alone visit the apartments I inquired about. Jami, the manager on site, made my search a breeze. She is amazing and extremely responsive to all the requests I made. I would not have moved here if it wasn’t for her!! The apartment is great and very spacious. My neighbors are quite and friendly. Another huge plus - plenty of parking!!
Very convenient and quite place My husband and I moved in 4 months ago to a 2/1 unit and we love it. When we first moved in we noticed that our bathroom sink had some rust stains and some of the cabinets needed a little adjustments. Management made the repairs as quick as possible and they even changed our sink for a brand new one. The community is very quiet and family and pet friendly. Aside from it... (Verified Renter) Aside from it being on the landing pattern for Paine Field airport, Orchard ridge is far batter than I would have expected and the tenants I have met have polite, courteous and friendly. This is a great plus in favor of Orchard Ridge. So far I have seen no slackers or slovenly people and this makes a great difference in one's feeling of safety and security.
