This has been a great experience. I’ve lived here for over 5.years in two different units. I am now in one I like the most because it is ground floor. The new package delivery system has kept packages from being stolen. I live in a building that was built first so hope these are due for an upgrade in appliances. Unless rates skyrocket, I’ll be here awhile.
The apartments themselves are decent and clean. haven't had any problems with bugs etc. The walls are THIN. I can hear my neighbors having conversations at a normal volume while I'm wearing headphones. The Internet is about 1/5th of the advertised speed, and very unstable. If you play video games online, good luck staying connected for a whole match. It works for streaming I guess. I love this place super pet friendly with a whole entire dog park in dog stations everywhere even on the unusual spots
