I have been a resident here for three years, and overall, my experience has been very positive. Any concerns I’ve had were addressed in a timely and respectful manner, and I’ve generally felt that my voice has been heard. You can never get ahold of management or the security company. I’ve just moved in and regret it already. I have found homeless going through the trash at night, no answer from security. I’ve called the office and emailed multiple times, no answer. There is a HOMELESS CAMP RIGHT NEXT DOOR. After an issue with the rent payment system my first month paying rent, I was promised by the manager Sierra that she would refund my late fees. I've lived here for a long time and I'm very optimistic about how the new management company will handle things. I think our staff now is the best we've had in a long time. Our maintenance team (Broc and Diamond) are awesome and very hardworking. Ed our groundskeeper is always hard at work cleaning up after the residents who show no pride in where they live. I've lived here for about a month now and I really like it. There is a homeless camp right by it but i live in the apartments right by the camp and I've never had any issues. I come home late at night from work and most of the time I think it is a safe environment. In terms of staff and grounds it seems to always be a struggle sometimes to get ahold of someone at the office and i think the grounds and areas for the tenants could be a little cleaner and nicer the laundry room is a little too dirty to do laundry in. I live here so I love this place It's really nice very quiet ...very peaceful at night!! very nice staff good maintenance team! It has pickleball tennis basketball courts pool places for the kids to play at playgrounds a huge dog park! For the studio apartment I'm in it could be a little less in pricing due to the size and hardly no storage space definitely ain't worth $1000 Rent....
