The apartment complex isn't as cozy as I thought I'd be. Theyre raising the bills making them more expensive too pay for a room of 3, they charge too much for the water bill and electrical and they're not supposed to raise the prices. Its ironic...I only came across this Orchard Mills review b/c I saw an article about a woman who was shot in Feb and I noticed the area. Anyway, I moved out of this complex in 2008, and let me tell you, all the reviews I'm seeing about the rental office seem to be the same. They try and charge people for extra things. One thing I recommend is to make sure you keep copies of EVERYTHING and pay attention to details. If it wasn't for those 2 things I probably would have been SOL when I moved out. It had to many roaches and the use my on spray that I brought off line called Bug MD it getting them under control some but if other people are having issue then its not going to work you know it's bad when you go in your kitchen a they are coming up out the garbage disposal area and in your bathrooms drains they are out in the hall ways I don't know what their exterminator is using but its not working.
