The recent reviews are 100% true. Bugs, fighting, drugs, shootings, trashy parking lot, maintenance issues never get fixed, mold in apartments, dog poop everywhere. It's like serving a jail sentence there but worse. Update: Nothing has changed. Someone was shot and killed today at Orchard farms apartments.
I live here my name is Randolph I think the property manager Mike is his name does a great job running the property I put a maintenance request in and Braylen came and took care of it he was awesome in and out in no time that is great communication
Have lived here for going on three years management used to be pretty shaky but now we got a new Guy Mike ham he’s amazing as well as the new maintenance crew always are cleaner. Everything works properly very peaceful community.
I absolutely loved staying here very quiet and clean and Melissa is a wonderful property manager to have very professional and flexible she always willing to work with you 🥰🥰 will be returning
