Thank you so much Braylon! Needed a few minor maintenance replacements and he came out right away and got everything fixed. He was responsive and professional.
The maintenance guy is definitely a 10/10. Put a request in this morning and he was right over . Very punctual, and professional.
Place is actually pretty good now. Mike in the office is great and usually will work with you if he's able for any issues. The maintence is amazing too. Past two times I called for something they came right away and fixed it. I wasn't even expecting anyone to come so quick for my toilet slowly leaking and boom he was there in ten minutes and it was fixed in another ten minutes. I would live here again if I wasn't having personal issues
Mike does a wonderful job and maintenance is on top of things . The few times I’ve had to call they come the next day if not the same day.
The recent reviews are 100% true. Bugs, fighting, drugs, shootings, trashy parking lot, maintenance issues never get fixed, mold in apartments, dog poop everywhere. It's like serving a jail sentence there but worse. Update: Nothing has changed. Someone was shot and killed today at Orchard farms apartments.
