Painless...felt great after the cleaning...gentle reminders of past failures on my part
I broke a crown and was able to get an appointment the next day. I just assumed it would be a quick check with another appointment to do the actual work. To my surprise, Dr. Moser was able to mill the new crown right away and complete the work the same day. Great service!
I have never been a huge fan of going to the dentist. I even get nervous when I bring my children in for treatments. Due to lack of finances and several horrible dental experiences I failed to properly take care of my oral hygiene. As usual, Dr Charles and his staff came up with the most satisfactory plan for treatment and repairs needed as a result most likely of medications taken for my health.
This office is the most friendly dental office I have ever been to. When we first moved here I had been to 2 other dentists and neither of them could get my daughter (4 yrs old at the time) to open her mouth even though she had a bad toothache. When we made the appt with Dr. Hersh I told them this so they said lets give it a try. Dr. Hersh let her play with the tools and talked to her and even let her use the air and water machine to ease her nerves. One does not have the feeling of just being a patient. The warmth and care shown to all ages gives one a sense of belonging to a loving family.
Had an excellent experience with this dentist, very nice and pleasant.
