Every encounter, every visit is filled with caring, compassion from every person as well as professionalism. I am very sensitive to pain and the staff goes above and beyond to keep me comfortable...I have never felt like I was too much trouble. I am a health care professional and I recognize excellent skill in addition to excellent bedside manner. The Charles Dental Group's customer service is genuine and superb- I highly recommend them.

I have been a patient for 10 plus years and it has been consistent care. I have never had a problem. The communication is always A++++. If anything change, I always receive a call with options. My son has had braces and wisdom teeth removed and the service has always been above board. I have dealt with the assistant, receptionist, doctor and hygienist and I have always felt comfortable and taken care of. I will never go anyplace else.
