Very satisfied as always. Everyone that I deal with at Orchard Lake Dental is friendly, professional and easy to talk to. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I just started at Orchard this winter '14. So far I am very pleased! Everyone is friendly and professional. All equipment up to date and the office environment pleasing. The restorative dental work done was excellent. Will recommend to others.
As usual,,the staff is so very friendly...you can't beat Katie and Karen at the front desk for friendliness and always offering a water or coffee. They rock!!! And of course, Dr. Kauls always explains everything so succinctly and is so supportive of your decisions in your own dental care. Vicki, my hygienist, is amazing in her enthusiastic personality and so thorough in her cleaning methods. Orchard Dental is by far who I recommend to anyone in the search for a new dental clinic.
Unmatched customer service and patient care. This was the most thorough appointment I have ever had, completed in a spa-like setting with caring and friendly providers. This experience has made me look forward to going to the dentist!
I love Orchard Dental! The experience from start to finish is exceptional. I feel like everyone at Orchard Dental cares not only about my dental care, but my whole-body care. I feel so fortunate that I found Orchard Dental and our family now enjoys going to the dentist. Last time we were in my teenage son commented that he likes that the staff help teach him how to care for his teeth and they don't "yell" at him for not flossing enough like our previous dentist office.
