Dr. Marolt and his staff have been the dental services provider for my family of five for more than 25 years. Dr. Marolt and the Orchard Dental Group staff are exceptional, providing excellent quality of services. They are professional and efficient. As a result, our dental expenses/procedures outside of recurring general care and maintenance items have been minimal. I highly recommend the Orchard Dental Group.
If you want a great dentist office with a staff that always makes you feel welcome and comfortable during your visit, this is the place. Dr. Kauls, Rita and Maureen are wonderful. I have recommended Orchard dental to several friends and family.
I arrived ar Orchard, on the edge of being terrified. I have an unrealistic fear of dentists, don't really know why. I was brought to the hated exam room where I had the great pleasure of meeting Dr Marolts assitant, Sid. She made small talk with me, and to me , genuinlly cared about what I had to say. She made me laugh and really set me at ease. Throughout the entire procedure, she let me know when it was ok to rest my jaw, close my eyes, and even brought me in to see my crown being made. Good news and bad news. Good news is everyone was as nice as usual. One of these days I will catch them on a bad day. Hasn't happened yet. Bad news is that it is always something. At least I have been through this procedure before. Plus, I get to see you guys more often. ;)
