I was really impressed the moment I walked in. The waiting room is beautiful, the front desk staff is exceptional. My hygienist was knowledgeable and kind. She took the time to really discuss my dental history with me, was patient with imaging and gentle with my cleaning. Dr. Marolt was thorough in his exam and explained his findings and plan of care with me in a easy to understand and professional way. Everything went perfect as usual. This is such a fabulous office, everyone friendly, professional and it has a calming effect if you are one who has anxiety when going to the dentist. Anyone that asks me do you know a good dentist. My response is yes and I recommend Dr. Kauls and staff to them in a snap. Thanks to everyone at Orchard Dental.

I was scheduled yesterday morning for several crowns to be prepared and made for my mouth. Honestly, from meeting Katie at the front desk, to Rita and of course Dr. Kauls performing the procedure, it was almost like a "spa" day. Offered a blanket, a wonderful pillow, headphones for tv viewing, followed with massages and a warm face cloth. For being the entire morning, I would have to say the time flew by. Just had my first dental cleaning here. This place is AMAZING!!! Top of the line everything! Shelly and Dr. Marolt were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be going back. Oh...and they do Invisalign here. Double plus!!!!!!
Another great day at the dentist. Most people would not say that, but I will. I appreciate the warm friendly atmosphere. In for a followup on a crown as I was having some pain. Dr. Kauls is wonderful. I thought I would need a root canal done, but she is not quick to have big procedures done. She fixed the bite a little on the crown, took an xray and determined this would not be necessary and would check again when I came in for the permanent fitting.
