What a great experience. I spoke about the visit with at least 4 coworkers the next day. A dentist appointment of all things. The facility and people were wonderful. The tour, welcome letter and gift were a great touch.
She tried a new cleaning treatment that I liked.

Excellent service. You leave feeling you were listened to and cared for. Dr. Kauls is researched based and helped me through some difficult decisions regarding wear issues. After seeing numerous dentists and orthodontists concerning my issue, she clearly stood out as someone who was extremely knowledgeable. She clearly showed me various options noting the pros and cons of each treatment plan and put no pressure on me. She fully supported my final decision.

The staff is always extremely friendly. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone. They are very sensitive to how you feel during the entire visit and provide great follow up on dental procedures.
