I had an emergency dental visit, where I ended up needing a crown. Dr. Kauls found the time in her busy afternoon schedule to do the entire job in just one visit! She and her assistant Rita were (and always are) the best in the business and very patient with me during the entire process. I also toured their lab where the new crown was being milled on their computerized milling machine. Thanks too to Katie at the front desk for finding the time in the schedule for my visit. I have been coming to Orchard Dental for over 6 years. I have found the office atmosphere and dental equipment to be the most up-to-date, the staff to be very welcoming and knowledgeable, and Dr. Bob Marolt to be 'best in class' in both his patient bedside manor and dentistry skills. He is very patient centric - During a current dental procedure; Dr. Marolt took time with me to discuss the different pros and cons of changing a crown, and whether we need to do it soon or the change could wait. Dr. Perri Kauls has been my dentist for longer that either of us want to admit. I have never thought to look for another dentist because she is a masterful dentist and a truly wonderful person. I recommend Orchard Dental Group to anyone who wants excellent dental care in a warm and welcoming place.
My visits at Orchard Dental always exceed my expectations! Who likes to go to the dentist, right? But with Orchard Dental, I always know I will be treated right and all my questions will be answered. The staff is professional and yet always kind and sensitive to my every need. I have had quite a bit of dental work updated over the past couple of years, and I am very satisfied with my results!

I must say I was quite taken aback by the exceptional customer service given on my first visit to see Dr Marolt. I was greeted immediately and then given a tour of the office with descriptions of all the rooms and amenities provided the patients. The hygienist explained her process and did an outstanding job on cleaning my teeth. Never have my teeth felt so smooth as when I left their office!
