I am always treated with courtesy and care when I have an appointment by ALL staff members. I know dentist visits are supposed to be no fun but I always enjoy my visits with the staff & doctors at Orchard Dental!
I always enjoy my visits to my dentist... how often do you hear that??? Since we transferred our family to Dr. Kauls' office, my kids and I are able to say that! The office has a lovely, relaxed ambiance from the moment you step in the door. They have state of the art equipment, professional dental assistants and Dr. Kauls is very professional, kind, gentle and knowledgeable. Dr. Kaul's was very thorough in explaining the three options I have in order to repair my damaged tooth. She referred me to a top oral surgeon in the area for part of the work to be done. She encouraged questions and said I could think about the options before making a decision. Dr. Kaul's and her staff are very professional, friendly, welcoming and helpful. They are the best I have ever worked with any place I have lived
Never thought I would look forward to going to the dentist. It has become something I look forward to. Love you all

From the front desk staff, to the hygienist and dentist, everyone is welcoming, kind, and informative. HIGHLY recommend. They don't try to talk you into unneeded procedures and go above and beyond normal customer service. Top notch.
