I had a great experience after not being to the dentist in a while. Megan was really awesome about checking my insurance, and getting me scheduled with the right person and reassured me they’ve seen it all. I was really worried about insurance coverage and trying to navigate that beforehand and she was so professional and so nice. So thorough. One word - Megan. My dental care was good and so was my cleaning. The hygienist did the most gentle and through cleaning I've ever had. Megan spoiled the whole thing. I will never return to this office based on how she treated me. Calling me a liar put me over the top. I had to hang up to end the madness. My insurance claim is 5 months in and still no resolution. Cigna has asked for the overpayment back from the office and they have refused to comply. I have filed a complaint with Cigna and they are pursuing. Tons of dentist... read more
There's a new doctor in town! I used to rave about the former team at Orchard Dental Care, and now I'm raving about Dr. Rush, who now owns the practice. I feel like I lucked out twice. Dr. Rush and the entire team at Orchard Dental Care are fantastic. I don't live or work in the area, and I still find it absolutely worth the drive for a consistently positive experience. They are a solid team of professionals, and Dr. Rush has impressed me with new technology and excellent work. Five stars — thank you!
