Horrible wish I never went back.. You guys took my payment off my account and I come at 12am to get in my car to see you guys still turned it off.. I thought you guys were professional but apparently when a CSR is mad at a customer it's allowed to turn our car off.. Thank you Sarah very professional on your side..

Customer service is shit, actually got laughed at when they took a payment out on wrong week & shut the car off. Never have I missed a payment. Now I get turned away because they do not take cash. You stupid bastards it is illegal to not take cash. On the bills it says " this note is legal tender for all debts, public & private ".
Not willing to do much for the single working parents. I'll take my money somewhere else. Condescending attitudes from certain reps. Car had brake problems days after warranty. Was told brakes were brand new when purchased. Giving my car back to them today.
So friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Customer service is excellent. I can not say enough good things about them. I highly recommend Orbit Leasing to all consumers!
