I have had 3 cars from them. My first car I had for almost 3 years never missed a payment. The car was totaled so I got another car. That was unfortunately also totaled with all on time payments so I got yet another car. I have had a really rough winter as far as accidents and I now have been in another accident so my car is in the shop. I purchased a car from car city which I make payments to orbit leasing. The cost of the car was $9,990 payments every month was $479. I made payments every month. 2 months ago orbit leasing called and said my payments were supposed to have been $6 more than what I was paying. Mind you I been paying g $479 for 2 1/2 years and they decided to call me and say this. So I asked for a payoff quote guessvwhat the amount was they told me!!!!!!!? $10,768 I was like what!!!? There workers are rude customer service is not they thing. She tried to tell me what my COVID symptoms was. They don't care if you dying they taking your money DONT USE THEM

I would give them a zero but that isn't an option. Run. Do not lease through them. They will take double payments and not apply one of them to your account. Thieves.

I'm leasing a vehicle from them, I recently made a payment before the due date mind you it's automatically withdrawn but I wanted to pay it ahead of the date it was due well looked at my bank account for them to have also taken the payment out a second time. I have other bills, and orbit leasing clearly is not gonna pay them. You would think the system would communicate that I already payed my payment
