Very enjoyable environment. Hillary did an amazing job on my cut/color/style. I was nervous about my hair being darker than I originally wanted, and voiced this in my original review. Just one hour later I received a call from Orbit explaining that after a few washes, the toner will wash out and my hair will lighten up. They also said if it was still too dark, they have a 2 week guarantee and I can come in for a free touch up. BEYOND impressed with the staff here. I highly recommend coming here!

I came to Orbit after previously having a very bad experience at another salon where my hair was actually GREEN. � I lucked out when I called Orbit last second on a Saturday, pretty much in tears because I needed my hair fixed before leaving for Florida that week, when Jacinta had a last minute cancelation that she squeezed me into. Liars � Advertising hairstyles and color which in fact they are just wigs from China miss leading they chopped my hair off color was way off obviously cannot for fill what the photograph looked like spoke to owner on phone he was sympathetic But when I went back for hair extensions I was told They were too expensive and they were not going to do them needless to say I went to another hairdresser to this day my hair still hasn’t grown out three sets of hair extensions beware of this salon in this case you don’t get what you p... read more
