Loving the workouts. The trainers are great and everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. So happy to have OTF in Sandy Springs!
So far I'm loving it. I can't wait to for the official opening I will be there 5 times a week ... They help me to push myself to get out if my comfort zone. Just hope they start to incorporate diet plans as apart of the membership to help boost weightloss . Great trainers very pleasant staff ..
