Highly recommend! All of the coaches and members have been so kind, helpful and encouraging. You get a good variety of workouts then leave feeling refreshed and accomplished.

I have been a member since rejoining in 2021, and I love the variety of classes and workout variations offered. The coaches are fantastic; they excel at explaining and demonstrating the exercises. They are attentive to the members' needs and understand each individual's fitness level. The staff always makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter the building. I’ve been a member of Orangetheory for several years, and I can confidently say their program is amazing. I’ve tried other gyms in Trussville, but I always find myself coming back to OTF because their workouts are truly holistic — from cardio to strength, they cover it all. The coaches, structure, and energy of the classes keep me motivated and accountable.
