Dr. Franga and staff are outstanding. I had Chemo port removed recently and all of my post op concerns were addressed before I left the office. These people are extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate and deserve an A+. Keep up the good work!
So disappointed in the doctor. No patience or compassion. And didn't address the issue and no f/u. I'm still suffering.
King of unprofessionalism! I have a small cyst that I have been trying to have removed. (A very simple, quick procedure). Apparently this place cannot accomplish this. I live an hour away. (My referral assigned me here) The second appointment for the procedure they said I was late to it and I couldn’t have the procedure done, however, they called me to reschedule the time before hand. They never answer the phone, when you show up in person they are very slow three people in the lobby all with 1 o'clock appointments and they took the fist person at 1 35 they slow if you can find a different doctor. So they lost the paperwork and the lady at the desk does not know how to use a phone to get the paperwork they lost. Hope the doc is better than his staff otherwise I am going to die.
