The property has gone down hill since Susan left. Maintenance request get answered hardly never. Attached photos to show. Different temp property managers.(4) Unstable place to live. I Adriana Cosby put in my 30 days notice to end lease and still no deposit. The whole thing is lie, they Do Not! have a park nor playground, nothing get fixed just patched. Every property manager Steals money from the residence, then they hire someone else 🙄 Rent is too high, it's not even worth living there, it's to messy and sloppy 🙄 Nothing here is done right! They can't even trim the bushes right. Smdh Lessons learned.
