I went to this location to get my hard drive replaced while visiting family b/c there were no Apple stores located in O'burg. I have an older MAC , so I knew that it was a possibility that there wouldnt be an updated hard drive that would be compatible. They ended up replacing my hard drive with a updated 10.6 compared to the original HD. But, the problem was the HD they replaced was still an "outdated" drive. Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had, I don’t even recommend 1 star but that’s all I could do. I brought my laptop to your business and trusted my belongings to be in your hands and when I come back to pick it up it’s damaged with multiple scratches. There should be NO excuses on why or how it happened it’s not professional. People work hard for their possessions and take care of them!!! Y’all had NO right to do what you did. I hope many people sees my review because no one should have to deal with that.
Horrible customer service. Dropped off computer to be checked out. Whenever I went to pick it back up the computer was all scratched up.
