Hats off to The front desk team Amazing !!!! There welcome smiles make a great day coming in. they have anaswers and if not they have someone come up and help you right away. Now getting an appointment that different store yes it can take a bit to get an appointment and all the paperwork it worth cause after that it smooth sailing. I asked for help for my 12 year old and they gave poor and unprofessional advice and tips even one of the board members told me to "just deal with me" as I'm suppose to just let him suffer"
I just left there. I wanted counseling services for my 12yr old. However, The receptionist with the locks was rude and unprofessional. She had called the supervisor with an attitude because I've asked is there anyone else who can do an intake...and the supervisor wasn't so professional either. That's when I said to her never mind we will go somewhere else...The vibes are horrible!! people come there for help not to be treated in such manor...
