Friendly staff. I was looking for an upgrade on a 26 foot box truck I saw one on their website. I just stopped in and was told it was sold. If you’re looking for a specific truck, I would advise call prior.
Rafael was the best!! The entire staff was great. Bank made some errors on the paperwork for funding and Rafael and staff simply got everything straight for me. I drove from NC and to have them fix my issues was absolutely gracious. Rafael went above and beyond the same way he did when I purchased my previous truck from him. the truck we agreed to purchase was not ready when we arrived so they sold us another "better truck with a new lift gate" that had all sorts of issues. The lift gate died after about 12 uses and they were of no help to help us get it fixed. Because the serial number was not on the lift gate controller, nobody is able to fix it. So the truck just sits and is useless and these folks have ghosted us.
1. Open till 6pm. Awesome. 2. Customer service is fantastic, friendly. Easy to work with. 3. Truck was under $1000.00 with less miles than the competitors. 4. It made home 1300 miles.
