Had a great stay. Perfect location near the Mission Santa Barbara and downtown. Rate was very good and room was comfy. The people were so nice!
Don't do it to yourself!.. it's way below standard for the price they charge and these people take un authorised payments and ignore you when you try and contact them.
There were ants everywhere. The room was nice but the ant situation should be addressed !!!
On our roadtrip through California this is one of our most expensive nights but probably the worst room. There was still hair in the shower, there were ants everywhere and the shower was leaking. I am giving a 2 here because the welcome was really great but that was it. I also took pictures to prove the state of the room. If there is house cleaning this should have been noticed.
