The 2 bedroom suite ọnly has one small bathroom. No fridge, no table, no Microwave or anything else. Even standing light has no bulb. one room has no A/C and it is 100F outside today. I don’t wanna say it is ghetto and it is far from the beach too. It is not cheap though. Closed to $300 per night.

It's a basic motel but it's trying really hard to up its game - we stayed for two nights and found the rooms large & beds comfy The rooms need updating, however the location & price reflects this. The staff were excellent - I would stay here again
Good Location close to my relatives I was visiting in Santa Bárbara and convenient with a 7-11 in the corner and AM/PM across the street.The room was clean, spacious and beds were very comfy and sheets smelled clean. I like how it had a balcony that looks out to State St.
Dark , dirty room ,next to noisy laundry , trash bins @Back of car park -on ground floor -no net curtains, broken towel rail , blocked toilet , filthy floor -ants on towels , sides and on us too . Boiling hot room -cooler so noisy , asked to move receptionist visibly rolled their eyes -said no -asked again next day , they just shrugged Then in check out today -asked for $25 for maintenance ! -told them they were having a laugh . Damp, dark and smelly rooms. Disgusting carpet, only hotel in our whole trip through southwest US and California where I didnt dare to walk barefoot inside the room. Old windows and AC. In contrast renovated bathroom (doesnt look that great either) and furnitures, but room service fitted our bedsheets sideways exposing the mattress. Premium price for two nights in a disgusting room and having to fix ourselves the bedsheets. Very dirty and smelly room.it was the worst part of our trip and the worst place to stay �.It was also very expensive without providing any service and clean facilities.I hope that future customers will avoid to stay there.The owners either should start care about the place or demolish it.

The rooms were nice and clean. My kids enjoyed the pool. Great service over all. Perfect location.
